In Bryansk will put in order a container platform on Yesenin street

In the Volodarsky district of Bryansk, the court ordered the city administration and management companies to bring to a regulatory state a container platform near the house No. 8 on Yesenin Street. The lawsuit of the Prosecutor’s office is related to violations, because of which the garbage got into the territory of the Park Generations.

The inspection showed that the entrance to the site has no hard surface, and the fence is partially destroyed. As a result, the waste ends up in the surrounding area.

The Prosecutor’s office appealed to the court with the requirement to equip the access road and restore the fence. The court granted the claim in full.
