In the Bryansk region, three foreigners were caught on the registration of fictitious fatherhood

In Dyatkov, Bryansk region, the court invalidated the establishment of paternity in respect of three minor children. According to the prosecutor’s office, foreign citizens issued paternity fictitiously in order to obtain Russian citizenship in the future.

The inspection showed that the mother of the children for remuneration participated in the preparation of documents together with foreigners. At the same time, men were not biological fathers of children, did not intend to raise them and did not perform parental duties.

The court decision has not yet entered into force
