In the Bryansk region revealed the scheme of illegal entry of ten foreigners
The criminal case was sent to the Klintsov City Court.
In the Bryansk region, a 42-year-old resident of Penza and a 24-year-old resident of Klintsov will appear in court. They are accused of organizing the illegal entry into Russia of ten foreigners.
According to the investigation, from August to October 2022, the men found four local residents who issued fictitious invitations for foreign citizens for a fee. At the same time, the host party was not going to provide the visitors with living conditions, compliance with the rules of stay and timely departure from the country.
At such invitations, ten foreigners arrived in Russia. The violation was revealed by prosecutors together with representatives of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the inspection of migration legislation.
