The prosecutor of the Dobrush district on the materials of the inspection of the Department of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case against the executive director of one of the agricultural enterprises, who is accused of exceeding official powers, committed out of selfish and other personal interest. This was reported in the information service of the Prosecutor’s office of the Gomel region, writes sb.by.

According to the materials of the case, in the midst of the harvesting campaign, the head of one of the peasant farms appealed to the suspect with a request to help remove hay from the territory of his lands.

“The executive director went beyond his official authority for personal material gain. He repeatedly gave illegal instructions to subordinates - tractor drivers and other workers - to perform services on the machinery of the enterprise in the interests of the farmer. No one has issued the relevant documents. On tractors and forklifts of the farm, hay was harvested, loaded and transported. The farmer did not pay for the services, the department noted.

On the instructions of the Executive Director, deliberately false information and records were made in official documents about agricultural work in the interests of the enterprise at this time. The farm suffered damage in a large amount - more than 20 thousand.

The actions of the suspect are qualified under Part 2 of Art. 426 of the Criminal Code. To organize a preliminary investigation, the criminal case was sent to Dobrushsky ROSK.
