In Feodosia will judge the driver who again sat behind the wheel intoxicated

In Feodosia, a local resident accused of driving while intoxicated after being brought to administrative responsibility for refusing a medical examination will appear in court. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of Crimea.

According to the investigation, the man, previously punished under part 1 of article 12.26 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation for refusing to undergo examination, did not make the proper conclusions and again sat behind the wheel of Volkswagen in a state of intoxication. Moving along a public road, he collided with cars parked on the side of the road.

Arriving at the scene of the accident, traffic police officers noticed signs of intoxication in the driver and removed him from control, but the man again refused to undergo a medical examination. The criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the Feodosia City Court.
