In Galich, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB covered the home plantation of dourman grass

In the Galich district, the police together with the regional FSB stopped the illegal cultivation and storage of narcotic plants. The defendant was a 36-year-old local resident.

According to police, the man has been using drugs for about five years. To provide himself with raw materials, he ordered seeds online and planted them near his home, as well as in the nearby forest.

During the search, the Galician seized 24.6 grams of finished marijuana and 23.8 grams of dried parts of hemp. In addition, just outside his house, operatives found two growing cannabis bushes, from which the owner had not yet managed to harvest the “harvest”.

A criminal case was initiated against a man under Part 1 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal possession of narcotic drugs). He also faces administrative or criminal liability for the cultivation of narcotic plants.

Illegal consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues causes harm to health, their illegal trafficking is prohibited and entails liability established by law.
