During the exercises, the specialists worked out the procedure for action after receiving a signal about the incident, the interaction of ground rescue groups with the personnel of the cable car, the organization of insurance and the descent of people from a height.
Such trainings allow to work out the coordination of actions of different units and check the readiness of specialists to respond to incidents on cable cars.
For the Sochi mountain cluster, such events are of particular importance. Cable cars in the resort are used to transport tourists, including in areas with difficult terrain, where evacuation requires special equipment and trained rescuers.
Earlier it was reported that rescuers pulled a woman and a dog from a pit at a construction site in Sochi.
