In the Gulkevichsky district, a businessman will be tried for delaying the salary of an accountant

In the Gulkevichy district, it was possible to achieve full repayment of wage arrears to the accountant of a local enterprise. The money, which the woman had not received for several months, finally returned to her thanks to the work of the investigative authorities.

According to investigators, the former CEO of the company, which was engaged in research activities, from April to July 2026 did not pay the salary of the employee. During this time, the debt exceeded 165 thousand rubles. At the same time, the manager had the opportunity to pay off the employee, but the funds went to other purposes.

The actions of the director are qualified under Part 2 of Art. 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (non-payment of wages over two months). Investigators took action, and the debt to the accountant was repaid in full.

Now the criminal case with the approved indictment has been sent to the court for consideration - there will have to consider the collected evidence and make a decision, the press service of the SU IC of the Russian Federation in the Krasnodar Territory reports.
