In Kaliningrad demanded to withdraw from the ex-official property for 29 million rubles

In Kaliningrad, the prosecutor’s office seeks the seizure of real estate and money from the former deputy head of the construction supervision department of the regional ministry in favor of the state. We are talking about 10 objects worth more than 24 million rubles and another 4.9 million rubles, the legality of which has not been confirmed.

As established by the Prosecutor’s office of the Moscow district during the inspection in conjunction with the FSB, the former official purchased real estate for unconfirmed income, and some of the objects issued on relatives who did not have legal earnings for such purchases. According to the supervisory authority, in this way he tried to avoid declaring property in a conflict of interest. The former employee also violated the ban on business activities.

The district prosecutor sent a lawsuit to the Moscow District Court of Kaliningrad with the requirement to turn the disputed property and illegally obtained funds into the income of the Russian Federation. The application is still under consideration.

In addition, the former official is in a criminal case about receiving a bribe on a large scale. According to the investigation, he received 300 thousand rubles from the representative of the organization for not to include in the act of verification of violations and not to bring the company and its employees to administrative responsibility. In December 2025, the prosecutor approved the indictment, after which the case was sent to court. The guilt of the accused will be determined by the court.
