The woman received the money in 2023 as part of a regional program to support start-up entrepreneurs. The grant was intended for the organization of educational courses in the Russian language and literature.
According to the investigation, instead of implementing the declared project, Kaliningradka disposed of the funds at its discretion. In order to report to the Ministry of Economic Development, Industry and Trade of the region, she provided documents that were supposed to confirm the work of the project. Among them were quarterly reports, contracts for the purchase of stationery, printing and office equipment, as well as agreements for the provision of tutoring services.
The violation was revealed by employees of the economic security and anti-corruption police of the Leningrad district of Kaliningrad. The investigators completed the investigation and gathered evidence, after which the criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the court.
A woman is charged with fraud when receiving a large subsidy. Now the court will have to consider the case on the merits.
Earlier we wrote about the fact that Kaliningrad left a resident of the suburbs almost 5 million rubles when buying a car.
