The State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan explained that the department became aware of illegal redevelopment in one of the apartments of the house on Vishnevsky Street. When the inspectors came to check, the landlord did not open the door. The court ordered the man to let the inspectors in, but he ignored this decision. They could only get inside with the help of court bailiffs. As it turned out, the man voluntarily built a sauna inside the apartment. Not only is it illegal, but it also increases the risk of fire, the inspectorate said. The owner of the apartment was fined, and the case materials were transferred to the district executive committee.
