The Kirov prosecutor's office supported the charge against a resident of the 47th region, who was found guilty of driving a car under the influence. This was reported in the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of the Leningrad region.

A resident of the Leningrad region has already been prosecuted for refusing to undergo a medical examination for intoxication. However, on June 7, 2026, he again drove while drunk.

The court took the side of the prosecution and sentenced the man to perform mandatory work for 190 hours, as well as deprivation of driving license for 1 year and 8 months. Earlier, “MK in Leningrad region” wrote that in the Volosov district on the territory of the plant with a 30-year history demolished a dangerous building.
