On October 10, at 00:54 on the 3rd kilometer of the Konosh-Vozega highway, inspectors stopped the VAZ-21130 car under the control of a 16-year-old teenager, the regional State Traffic Inspectorate writes.
On the young offender, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 12.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Driving a vehicle without the right to drive.” Parents were called to the scene.
The teenager was immediately removed from management. The Ministry noted that the incident is a gross violation of traffic rules and poses a serious danger to both the minor driver and other participants in the movement.
The materials of the case will be transferred to the commission on juvenile affairs, the department writes.
