In Kovrov unscrupulous businessman must return to the state 350 thousand rubles

Kovrovsk city prosecutor’s office through the court has achieved the return of budget funds allocated to the city resident for business development.

It was established that the citizen signed a social contract with the local department of social protection of the population to open his own business in the field of vehicle repair. However, the audit showed that business activities were not actually conducted, and the received budget funds were spent on personal needs.

In connection with the violation of the terms of the contract, the prosecutor sent a lawsuit to the court to recover the amount of unjust enrichment and interest for the use of other people's money. The claims of the supervisory authority were satisfied in full - the citizen will have to return more than 350 thousand rubles to the state. The return of funds is under the control of the Prosecutor’s office.

Earlier, a criminal case was initiated under the article “Fraud in receiving payments”, the investigation of which is also controlled by the department.
