In the Krasnodar Territory and Dagestan complained about marble bedbugs

In the Krasnodar Territory and Dagestan, residents complained about the mass appearance of marble bugs-smelling. According to eyewitnesses, insects climb into houses and cars, accumulate on walls and penetrate into clothes. People note that conventional means against pests almost do not help. This was reported by the telegram channel SHOT.

Candidate of biological sciences Irina Komarova in conversation with “MK” reminded that the outbreak of reproduction of marble bug in the south of Russia began in 2015. Later, the pest settled almost throughout the Krasnodar Territory, and then spread to other regions.

The expert explained that adults go to winter in large groups and choose warm places: attics, cellars, garages, hangars and even stacks of lumber. This helps insects survive the cold season better.

Earlier, we wrote that the Krasnodar City Hall told about the readiness of city services for the autumn-winter period.
