During the first week of the second stage of the operation, the Crimean police drew up 391 administrative protocols and identified 15 facts with signs of crimes in the field of migration. This was reported in the press service of the interior Ministry in the Crimea.
During the operation, about 250 people were brought to justice, and the total amount of fines exceeded 2.2 million rubles. Of the 15 revealed facts, three are related to the organization of illegal migration, four are related to fictitious registration, and eight are related to the fictitious registration of foreigners. Criminal cases have been opened for some of the episodes, and checks are being conducted for the rest.
In addition, 34 foreigners were ordered to leave Russia on their own, and four people who evaded such a departure were forcibly expelled.
The first stage of Operation Illegal Traffic 2026 took place in Crimea from June 1 to 10: the police, the FSB and Regardie made 918 administrative protocols, issued 85 decisions on the expulsion of foreigners, initiated six criminal cases on fictitious registration and one on illegal border crossing.
In Sevastopol, during the second stage of Operation Illegal-2026, 158 administrative violations were recorded for October 1-4, 45 foreigners were identified without legal grounds for staying in the Russian Federation and five criminal cases were opened on fictitious registration.
