In Leningrad 76 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations extinguished 7 fires and rescued 5 people from an accident

Over the past 24 hours, rescuers of the Leningrad region eliminated 12 emergency situations. This was reported in the EMERCOM of the Leningrad region.

Seven fires were extinguished during the reporting period. 54 employees and 15 vehicles were involved in extinguishing the fires. At the scene of the accidents, measures were taken to reduce damage and support citizens.

The consequences of five accidents were eliminated: 22 people and five pieces of equipment were involved to eliminate the consequences. As a result of rescue operations, five people were rescued.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia advises: check the efficiency of fire detectors and inspect the condition of tires before each trip.
