According to police, a 35-year-old resident of Nikolsky, along with a 32-year-old friend, attracted a local resident who fictitiously registered 12 visitors in her apartment on Pioneerskaya Street. For each foreigner she received 5 thousand rubles.
The suspect later conspired with a 35-year-old man. Together, they found a 42-year-old resident of the village of Gladkoye, who fictitiously put on the migration register another 20 visitors from the near abroad. For each she received 4 thousand rubles.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated on both facts. The suspects were given a preventive measure in the form of a subscription not to leave and proper behavior.
The investigation is ongoing. The police establish all the circumstances of the incident and possible accomplices.
Another St. Petersburger arranged a “guest house” for 44 migrants and went to the colony. In court, the man admitted guilt only partially. He did not deny that he drew up documents, handed over forms to the customer and transferred money to the owner of the apartment, but assured that he did not conspire with anyone in advance. The real term of two years in the colony he was appointed, taking into account the past unserved sentence for similar fraud.
