According to the agency, a resident of the city village of Vazhina was previously brought to administrative responsibility for drunk driving. However, on September 25, 2026, he again drove the car in a state of intoxication.
Against the man opened a criminal case under part 1 of article 264.1 of the criminal code. His car Lada Xray was arrested.
The prosecutor’s office approved the indictment and sent the materials to the Podporozhye City Court for consideration on the merits. Now the consequences of a repeated trip under the influence of alcohol will be assessed in the framework of criminal proceedings.
