In Mari El, the prosecutor’s office has sought compensation for moral damage to a girl who was injured in a conflict with a classmate.

A resident of the Gornomary district appealed to the prosecutor's office. On his complaint, an inspection was conducted, which established that a year ago his 11-year-old daughter suffered at school at recess. A classmate grabbed her by the shoulder and threw her to the floor. The girl received a fracture with displacement, which required surgery.
The district prosecutor filed a lawsuit for compensation for moral damage. The court found it fair, and the girl’s family received 100 thousand rubles, according to the Republican Prosecutor’s office.
