A woman lost her only minor daughter in a terrible accident: a passenger bus collided with a tractor carrying logs. The tragedy undermined her health. Against the background of severe stress, she developed serious neurological diseases.
The court fully sided with the victim, obliging the transport company to compensate for moral damage and harm caused to the life of the passenger.
The executive document got to the bailiffs at the place of registration of the debtor company. The inspector promptly contacted the director of the enterprise, explaining the consequences of ignoring the court decision. The head was warned not only about administrative fines, but also about the real prospect of initiating a criminal case under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Fearing imprisonment, the owner of the transport company decided not to delay the process. Within the period allocated for voluntary repayment of debts, he transferred four million rubles to the account of the collector. The financial rights of the injured woman were fully protected, the press service of the FSSP of Russia for the Republic of Mari El reports.
