The pensioner was standing on the roadway when he was run over by a foreign car driver. From the collision of the elderly man was thrown on the car “Lada 4x4”, which at the same time was driving on the road.
From the injuries, the pedestrian died on the spot. A criminal case was initiated under part 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (a traffic violation that negligently caused the death of a person). The driver of the foreign car was detained.
