According to the traffic police, the 13-year-old student was moving along the carriageway of Taizhnaya Street outside the residential zone, and at the intersection with the 1st Kholmogorsk Lane did not give way to a passing car.

At the scene of the accident there were no victims.

The State Traffic Inspectorate reminded that until the age of 14, SPM drivers are prohibited from moving on the road without an adult, except in residential areas.
