Two doctors from Kaliningrad saved the life of a woman whose heart stopped before the flight from Moscow. The incident occurred on the evening of October 2 on a flight to Kaliningrad. Details of the incident were told in the regional Ministry of Health.
The passenger lost consciousness for the first time in the bus that took people to the aircraft. To help her came nearby anesthesiologist-reanimatologist Julia Kalashnikova and urologist-oncologist Sergei Miroshnik. The doctors were able to bring the woman to her senses, after which they handed her over to the airport medical staff.
After the inspection, the passenger was allowed to continue the flight, but during taxiing, the situation deteriorated sharply. The woman stopped breathing and stopped determining the pulse. Kaliningrad specialists immediately began cardiopulmonary resuscitation, including indirect heart massage and airway patency. After about 30-40 seconds, they were able to restore the vital functions of the patient.
Doctors reported the incident to the aircraft commander. The plane was stopped, and the ambulance crew was again called on board. The rescued passenger was taken to a Moscow hospital for further examination and treatment.
The employee who fell from the stairs sued 300 thousand rubles.
