Earlier in three districts of the Ukrainian capital stopped the movement of public transport due to lack of electricity. Later in the city began unscheduled blackouts.

Earlier in Kiev reported a large-scale power outage after damage to an important energy facility. In the city, emergency power supply restrictions were introduced, interruptions in the work of the metro and water supply occurred.

Problems with urban sewage were also reported. Official information on the causes of new interruptions in water supply and the timing of the restoration of water supply was not provided.
