In Novomoskovsk, a student beat a passer-by and took away his gold and phone

In Novomoskovsk, criminal investigation officers detained a suspect in a robbery attack. The crime was committed at the end of September 2026 near the house on General Belov Street. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Tula region.

According to investigators, the attacker attacked a local resident and inflicted multiple blows with his hands and feet on the head and chest. After that, the attacker took money, a gold ring and a mobile phone from the victim, and then fled.

During the operational activities, the police established the identity of the suspect. He was a 17-year-old student of one of the Novomoskov colleges.

The stolen property was seized from him. On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under part 1 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Robbery”). The defendant's in custody.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that in Uzlova, police hotly detained two local residents aged 24 and 19, suspected of a robbery attack on a man in the “Park of Railway Workers”. The attackers beat the victim, including a wooden stick, and stole a phone worth 90 thousand rubles.
