In Novorossiysk, 21-year-old boys will be tried for droppery

The investigative division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Novorossiysk has completed the investigation of the criminal case against a 21-year-old local resident. He is accused under article 187 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation “Illegal circulation of means of payment”.

According to the investigation, in September 2025, the young man was approached by an unknown person and offered to issue bank cards in his name and transfer them for use. For six months, the accused issued 12 debit cards and handed over passwords, PIN codes and other data to a third person, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory reported.

According to the Agency, for each card he received from 3000 to 7000 rubles. The case with the approved indictment has already been sent to court. The maximum penalty under article is up to three years in prison.
