In Novorossiysk, entrepreneurs registered a company for a friend and went on trial

In Novorossiysk completed the investigation of the case of illegal registration of the company on a front person. In the dock will be two local residents and coming from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

As reported in the State Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory, 39-year-old and 44-year-old citizens, together with a 50-year-old woman, persuaded a friend to take on the firm for a fee. The company was engaged in construction, repair of residential and non-residential buildings, as well as cargo transportation.

Investigators found that the front person knew in advance: to participate in the management of the company and dispose of its money will not be able. According to the investigation, in this way the accused wanted to avoid paying taxes on the income of the organization.

The criminal case under part 2 of Article 173.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was sent to court. The maximum penalty under this article is up to five years in prison.
