In the construction, the gardener kept parts of the plant containing narcotic substances. It contained 37 grams, which he said were for personal use.

Now, the previously unconvicted man became a defendant in two criminal cases at once - cultivation of drug-containing plants and illegal possession of narcotic drugs. In total, he faces up to five years in prison.
