About the theft in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Penza reported the manager of a clothing store. The total damage from the loss of goods exceeded 15 thousand rubles.
During the operational-search activities, the criminal investigation officers established the identity of the suspects. They were locals born in 2007 and 2004.
The young men pleaded guilty. According to them, the idea of theft arose while in the store. They chose three men's T-shirts, trousers and a smart music column, hid goods among their personal belongings, walked past the cash register and left the outlet.
Later, the suspects handed over the smart column to a pawnshop, and the stolen clothes were disposed of for personal purposes.
On the fact of the incident, a criminal case was initiated under paragraph "a" of part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The maximum penalty under this article is five years' imprisonment.
