In Penza, the conflict over parking ended with a threat of murder and blows with a stick

In Penza, a man born in 2002 applied to the police department No. 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. He said a neighbor threatened him with murder while holding a wooden stick. Police identified a suspect - a man born in 1971, who confessed to the crime.

According to his explanation, he heard a noise from the window and saw the applicant in the parking lot with a hammer knocking down metal barriers with a lock. The neighbor shouted to stop, but there was no reaction. Then he warned him that he would go outside. When the man left the house, the victim tried to escape, but the suspect caught up with him and struck him with a wooden stick on the body.

The applicant explained that he was outraged by someone else’s car in his parking space. So he took a hammer out of the car and decided to knock down the barriers with the lock. In fact, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to two years.
