According to the investigation, a resident of Penza born in 1986 through a banned messenger ordered unmarked goods. Delivery was carried out by transport companies. Then he resold the products to a man born in 1979, who traded in the wholesale and retail market of Penza.
A total of 42,580 packs of cigarettes were seized. The examination estimated the confiscated at least 6.5 million rubles.
A criminal case was initiated under paragraph "a", "b" part 6 of article 171.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The sanction provides for up to 6 years in prison.
