In the Neverkinsky district of the Penza region, a local resident will appear before the court, who is accused of fraud when receiving social benefits. According to investigators, the woman used the state support program to illegally receive money.
According to the district prosecutor's office, the defendant in the criminal case was a 46-year-old resident of the district.
According to the investigation, in February-March 2024, the woman organized the registration of a social contract for her friend. The documents were submitted to receive state assistance for opening a cleaning services business.
At the same time, the acquaintance herself, as the investigation established, did not know about the criminal intentions of the accused.
After the approval of the social contract, a lump sum payment of 350 thousand rubles was received to the woman’s bank account.
However, the bank card was used by the accused. According to the investigation, it was she who stole the transferred funds and spent them at her discretion.
The Prosecutor’s office of the Neverkin district approved the indictment under part 3 of article 159.2 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation – fraud when receiving social payments in large amounts.
The materials of the criminal case were sent to the Neverkinsky District Court for consideration on the merits.
In addition, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit to recover from the accused 350 thousand rubles in compensation for damages. To secure these claims, the money was seized by the women.
