Records show the man climbing over the fence, getting into the yard and entrance, and then ripping out the door. Residents also reported that he loudly knocked on the door of the apartment on the seventh floor of the first entrance.
Police and the SBI were called to the scene, but the man managed to escape. According to eyewitnesses, outwardly he did not look marginal, and they did not notice signs of intoxication or the effects of drugs. Residents understand that such an impression can be deceptive.
The incident frightened the residents of the complex. Many parents are afraid to let their children go alone, including because of the risk of meeting a man in the elevator. Women are also concerned about what happened.
Earlier it was reported that in the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol district detained 63-year-old man. He is suspected of beating a 54-year-old local resident during an argument in a parking lot. The victim suffered injuries of moderate severity.
A criminal case has been opened against the detainee. The sanction of the article provides for up to three years in prison. For the period of investigation, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a subscription not to leave.
