In 2023, she formally laid off five employees.

Employees immediately registered at the employment center as unemployed, but were "employed" for community service the same day. In fact, they just went back to their old jobs.

The deception allowed the director to illegally obtain a subsidy intended to help job-seekers. The damage to the federal budget amounted to more than 320 thousand rubles.

In court, the guilt of the head was recognized, appointing a fine of 90 thousand rubles, according to the regional Prosecutor’s office.
