An employee of a medical institution in Tver stole money from a doctor of a dental clinic - a woman is suspected of a series of thefts. The identity of the suspect was established by police officers.
The 31-year-old was an administrator at a private medical organization. Her official position gave her access to a room where the staff left clothes and personal belongings. This is reported by the press service of the MIA of the Tver region.
For several months, the woman three times stole money, which she found in the bag and in the pocket of the doctor’s pants, stored in the closet. In the police, the suspect confessed to the crime and explained that the stolen funds were spent on personal needs.
The investigative division of the police against the defendant opened a criminal case under part 2 of article 158 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation “Theft”. The maximum penalty under this article is up to 5 years imprisonment. The suspect is currently under an obligation to appear.
