In the Simferopol district court detained a man with a fake decision

Bailiffs detained in the Simferopol district court a man who brought for certification a copy of a fake court decision. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

The man came to the courthouse on November 2 to certify a copy of the judgment. Officers of the Department of judicial proceedings during the inspection found that the document contains signs of forgery. This may be an offence under Article 327 of the Criminal Code, which provides for the forgery, manufacture or trafficking of forged documents.

Bailiffs to ensure the established order of the courts, who were on duty at the post in the courthouse, decided to detain the man. Then he was handed over to the police officers. Law enforcement agencies conduct a pre-investigation check.
