In Sirius detained a drug courier with six caches

In Sirius, police stopped an alleged attempt to sell drugs. A 37-year-old native of the Yaroslavl region was detained, from whom more than 36 grams of marijuana were seized. This was reported to the police of the federal territory.

During a personal search, law enforcement officers found the man a bundle wrapped in tape. After that, the police examined his home, where they found two more polymer bags with a substance of plant origin, electronic scales and packaging materials.

In the course of further operational activities, police officers located six caches, which, according to investigators, the suspect managed to equip for the distribution of prohibited substances.

The total weight of cannabis seized from illicit trafficking exceeded 36 grams.

A criminal case has been opened against the visitor on attempted drug trafficking. The maximum penalty under the incriminated article provides for 15 years of imprisonment.

During the preliminary investigation, the man was detained.
