On October 11, an accident occurred in Stary Oskol, Belgorod region, in which a teenager suffered. The accident happened at about 17:30 on the street on March 8.
According to preliminary information, the 21-year-old driver of the Lada Priora, created a jam “Kia Rio” under the control of a 56-year-old man who was traveling in a passing direction. Trying to avoid a collision, Kia Rio ran over a curb and a road sign, then drove onto the pavement and hit a 13-year-old cyclist.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Belgorod region, a minor cyclist was injured.
