In Togliatti, the driver with a debt on fines of 127 thousand rubles arrested a car

In Togliatti, bailiffs arrested the car of a local resident who accumulated 127 thousand rubles of debt on traffic police fines. If the man does not repay the debt, the car can be sold at auction.

According to the bailiff service, 47 executive proceedings were instituted against the driver. The man was repeatedly offered to pay fines in due time, but he ignored the demands.

As a result, he was also charged an executive fee of 90 thousand rubles.

When the bailiffs established where the debtor’s car is, they drew up an inventory and arrest certificate and sent the car to a specialized parking lot.

Now the man has the opportunity to pay off the debt and return the car. If he does not do this, the vehicle will be put up for auction, and the proceeds will be sent to repay the debt.
