Since the beginning of 2026, 431 foreign citizens who were in the Tula region have been forcibly expelled from Russia. This was reported in the regional office of the Federal bailiff service.
The department continues to receive court decisions on the forced expulsion of foreign citizens and stateless persons. The expelled foreigners lived and worked in the region without documents confirming the legality of their stay in Russia and the right to employment.
Among them are citizens of China, Vietnam, Cuba, India, Nigeria, the Sudan, Cameroon, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Moldova.
On the basis of court decisions, employees of the FSSP’s force unit in the Tula region escorted foreign citizens to the Moscow airport. There they were handed over to the border service of the FSB of Russia for the organization of sending to the countries of origin.
The regional office of bailiffs reminded that non-compliance with migration legislation may lead to forced expulsion from the country.
