Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Tver region achieved compensation from an unscrupulous employer for the costs of maintaining a migrant.

In 2024, a resident of Konakovo district employed a citizen of Tajikistan who was in our country illegally and did not have a labor patent. When the violation was revealed, administrative materials were drawn up against the foreigner and fines were imposed. He was also expected to be expelled from Russia.

Before the deportation, the offender was in the Temporary Detention Center of Foreign Citizens of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Tver region. Its maintenance cost the federal budget 7 000 rubles. Since the expenses occurred due to the fault of an unscrupulous employer, the police filed a lawsuit for their reimbursement.
