The Municipal Control Committee of Ulan-Ude conducted an inspection of the house on Solnechnaya Street after complaints from residents. The inspectors confirmed the smell of sewers in the entrances and flooding of the basement with rainwater, which got inside through the air.

During the survey, experts found leaks of common house pipes of cold and hot water supply, as well as sewerage. In the basement remained high humidity and dampness. In addition, due to dirt and stagnant water fleas appeared.

The management company was given orders. She was obliged to pump and clean the basement of sewage, dry the room, as well as carry out disinsection and deratization.

The Municipal Control Committee took control of the elimination of violations. The work must be completed within the established deadlines. In case of improper execution of the instructions of the management organization, penalties are threatened.
