In Yakutsk 16-year-old girl stole a car from a taxi driver. This is reported by the MIA for the Republic.

Two schoolgirls were in a taxi. At one point, they asked the driver to enter the store. The man got out of the car, and the teenagers stayed in the cabin. After that, the girl moved behind the wheel and left with her friend. They drove around the city and parked their car near their house.

The taxi driver filed a complaint about the car theft to the police. It turned out that a local schoolgirl was involved in the crime. In respect of her legal representative, an administrative protocol was drawn up for improper performance of duties for the upbringing of a child.

The police opened a criminal case on illegal possession of a car without the purpose of theft. An investigation is under way.
