According to tradition, on the closing day on the lower tier of the Volga Embankment, near the River Station building, motorcycle Bears and guests of the event will gather. Until 14 o'clock, guests will gather. Therefore, from 5 a.m. to 14 a.m., before the start of the convoy, the Red Congress will be closed for motorists. At 14 o'clock, the Black Bears column and guests of the event will start leaving the site in front of the River Station. And he'll head towards Tutaev.
