The driver of the car VAZ-2114 ignored the request of traffic police of the MIA of Russia “Rybinskoe” to stop and tried to escape, violating traffic rules and creating emergency situations.

Employees, guided by the law “On police”, used firearms. It was only after being shot at the wheels that the drunk 24-year-old driver stopped.

In relation to the violator, administrative protocols were drawn up at once under six articles, including driving a vehicle in a state of intoxication, failure to comply with the requirement to stop, disobedience to the demands of a police officer.

The car of an extreme rider is now in a special parking lot. The problems of the young man for this trip are not small.
