A 43-year-old resident of the Valui district of the Belgorod region is suspected of stealing goods from a supermarket. On August 2, the man took shampoos and deodorant worth more than 1 thousand rubles from the outlet. He was found on CCTV.
The local resident was previously tried and brought to administrative responsibility for petty theft.
A criminal case was initiated under Art. 158.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“petty theft committed by a person subjected to administrative punishment”). The punishment under article is imprisonment for up to 1 year.
