A citizen of the Republic of Belarus is accused of buying and using a fake ID in the territory of Veliky Onions in May 2026. This “MK in Pskov” reported in the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of the city.

41-year-old Belarusian before traveling to Russia bought a fake driver’s license through social networks. Confident in the invincibility of his plan, the man arrived in the Pskov region in a personal car. However, while exploring the beauties of the southern capital of the region, he was stopped by employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate, whom the traveler presented with a fake ID.

Now the offender faces imprisonment for up to a year.
