In Lviv there was a collision of a diesel train with an electric train. At least five people were injured in the incident. This was reported by Ukrainian Railways in its Telegram channel.

According to the company, the incident occurred during departure from the station Podzamche. A diesel train en route Lviv – Sokal, made a collision with an electric locomotive. As a result, a diesel driver received a leg injury. In addition, medical care is provided to four passengers on the train.

The drivers of the electric locomotive, as specified in the company, were not injured. Circumstances of the incident on the scene are clarified by railway specialists and special services. Other details about the incident and the condition of the victims are not given.

In the Russian region stopped the movement of trains because of the emergency on the railway.

The Donetsk Railway has carried more than 400,000 passengers since the beginning of the year.
