In Vladimir, a 22-year-old guy took out of the vape shop goods for a large amount

In Vladimir in the district Yurievets detained a suspect in the theft of goods in the amount of 85 thousand rubles from the store. He was a 22-year-old local resident.

In late October, the owner of the store contacted the police. Someone broke into the room and stole valuables. Among the abducted are electronic nicotine (vape) delivery systems and liquids for them.

The guy during the interrogation explained that he committed a crime while in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication.

During the investigation, the stolen property was discovered and seized. After the necessary procedures, the goods will be returned to the rightful owner.

On this fact, a criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of corpus delicti provided for by paragraph “b” of part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Theft with illegal entry into the premises).
